• All donations and Sudarshan Seva membership payments are processed via Razorpay.
• By making a donation or subscribing to membership, you confirm that all payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
• One-time donations are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.
• Recurring membership payments can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but already processed payments will not be refunded.

• Benefits are subject to availability and may vary depending on the trust’s schedule and events.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website/app, including text, images, logos, and multimedia, is the intellectual property of Bhaktivedanta Gurukulam. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By making a donation or registering for membership, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your payment card details or net banking credentials. For payment-related inquiries, refer to Razorpay’s policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bhaktivedanta Gurukulam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website/app or from your participation in donation/membership programs. The trust makes no guarantees regarding the availability of spiritual programs, events, or benefits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website/app at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the website/app or donation/membership services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
